Return Window:

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Eligibility:

Items are eligible for return if they arrive damaged, defective, or not as described. Change of mind returns are accepted within 14 days.

Refund Process:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges:

We replace items that are defective or damaged. Contact us at info@petalmist.co within 7 days of receiving your order.

Cancellations:

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours orders are processed and cannot be cancelled.

Non-returnable Items:

Items that have been used or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.

Complaint Handling:

If you have any complaint regarding your order or our service, please contact us at info@petalmist.co or +923265340665. We aim to resolve all complaints within 48 hours. If your complaint is not resolved within 7 days, you may escalate it by emailing info@petalmist.co with subject line "Escalated Complaint" and we will prioritize your case immediately.
